What data do we collect about you and how?
1. When you visit us, we collect data by way of video surveillance.
What is under surveillance. Perimeter around the territory, the territory, entrances to the premises, driveways to the territory, car parking lot, sites for loading/discharge of cement trucks, railway level crossing (from both sides), remotely-controlled railway-level-crossing gate, manufacturing premises, cement packing site, combined storage territory (used as a warehouse for equipment, etc.), fuel and lubricant warehouse.
Why surveillance is in place. Video surveillance is undertaken by the company in order to ensure the protection of ownership right and to guarantee the security and inviolability of property (legitimate interest).
During what hours surveillance is in place. Video surveillance is in place 24 hours a day for collection of personal data referred to in this clause.
How long personal data are stored. Personal data (video data) collected during video surveillance shall be stored for no longer than 7 calendar days (depending on the volume of data) from the date of capturing such data, and thereafter shall be automatically erased, except in cases where there exist grounds to believe that what is captured is an offence, a breach of work discipline, a criminal act or other illegal actions (until the end of the respective investigation and (or) the proceedings of the case).
Who processes the data. As per the company's instructions, personal data are processed by security service provider UAB "GRIFS AG".
2. When you visit us, we issue to you a permit to enter the territory.
What data are to be collected by us. Forename and surname, company, vehicle licence plate number (if you enter the territory by car).
Why these data are to be collected. Guest check-in and issuance of permit is undertaken by the company in order to ensure the protection of ownership right and to guarantee the security and inviolability of property (legitimate interest).
How long these data are to be stored. After the permit has been returned to the security guard service, data about the visitor shall be stored for the period of two weeks. Thereafter, the collected data shall be erased.
3. When it comes to our suppliers and customers.
What data are to be collected by us. Forename and surname, title of position, telephone number, e-mail, personal ID number (if the supplier or customer is a natural person).
Why these data are to be collected. For contract management purposes, for contract-related contacting purposes.
With whom we are to share these data. With debt collection agencies (subject to contractual terms and conditions).
How long these data are to be stored. These data shall be stored until contractual obligations have expired, plus as long as prescribed by the laws.
We shall not divulge your data to any third parties (except the security service provider or the debt recovery agency) without your permission.
The data subject, upon presentment to the Company or the Data Processor of an identity document or having verified his/her identity in accordance with the procedure established by legislation or by means of electronic communication which enable to duly and properly identify the person, shall have the following rights:
